If you need to cancel a subscription or recurring service, please let us know before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. We do not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions or services that have already been performed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any product or service that has been misused, abused, or damaged due to customer negligence. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any product or service not returned in its original condition or packaging.
